Now Hiring: HVAC Installer
We're looking for dependable HVAC installers for residential and light-commercial system installs, start-ups, and customer handoffs. Stable routes, company vehicle, paid training, and room to grow.
What You'll Do
- • Install split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- • Run and connect refrigerant lines, ductwork, electrical, and controls
- • Perform start-up, charge checks, and system commissioning
- • Complete job documentation and customer walkthroughs
- • Follow safety procedures and maintain professional worksites
Requirements
- • EPA 608 certification (required)
- • 1+ years installation experience or completed apprenticeship (entry-level with trade school training considered)
- • Able to braze/solder, perform basic electrical work, read wiring and installation diagrams
- • Valid driver's license; must pass MVR, background check, and drug screen
- • Able to lift ~75 lbs, work in attics/crawl spaces, and climb ladders
Preferred
- • Manufacturer-specific certifications
- • Residential and light-commercial install experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday typical; on-call/after-hours rotation as needed.
